This is not a typical dinner — it's an immersive culinary experience at the table, guided by a local host. You’ll taste your way through Costa Rica’s seven provinces, with five surprise dishes inspired by different regions, ingredients, and traditions — from the Caribbean coast to the Central Highlands.

Each dish is small, beautifully presented, and based on ancestral and pre-Hispanic recipes using local ingredients like pejibaye, plantain, yuca, corn, and more.

You’ll be seated comfortably at the cozy Mr. Sloth Coffee Shop, where your guide will introduce each course with a short cultural explanation, bringing history and flavor together.
